During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and any account balance forfeited. badak178 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Do not share your password with anyone. badak178 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. - One account per user — sharing or transferring accounts is not permitted.
- Registration information must be accurate and verifiable.

Badak178 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or closing accounts, against users who breach these rules. Such action may be taken without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the badak178 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to the user themselves.
Accepted deposit methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and supported online banking. Deposits are typically processed within two to five minutes upon confirmation. badak178 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Fund withdrawals are subject to user identity verification and compliance with applicable conditions, including rollover requirements for any bonuses received. badak178 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal for legal compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.
- All deposits and withdrawals are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Funds must belong to the registered user — third-party payments are not accepted.
- Deposit and withdrawal limits may apply in accordance with current policy.
- Transactions suspected of fraud may be suspended or blocked pending investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure
Badak178 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without being required to provide detailed justification:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
- Accounts inactive beyond the period specified under platform policy.
- Requests from relevant authorities.
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to any user violation, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate method upon completion of the verification process.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
